About The Bath
Our Campbelltown Home Clinic is resident to our float bath, situated inside a perfectly heated room the bath contains 375kgs of Epsom salts & is set to an optimum body temperature of 36 degrees.

Unlike any other float centre we have a radiant ceiling heater to ensure all round comfort for the whole duration of your float, add to this your choice of silence or calming music, mood lighting or complete darkness.

Complete Recovery Centre was one of the first float bath centres in New South Wales over 10 years ago and way before us it originated back in 1954, on American soil.
Session length?
Sessions last for 60 minutes (equivalent to 4 hours of REM sleep); we suggest 3 float sessions to gain the full benefits and understand of this style of therapy.
What do I need to bring with me?
Our facilities are fully equipped with shower and bathroom; all floaters are required to shower in the room prior to float commencing and it is recommended post float to remove any excess minerals from your body.
What do you wear?
We are very welcoming of your birthday suit as the room is completely private, however if you are much more comfortable in swim wear this will work perfectly fine.
